Run HiDream-o1-image with Low VRAM (10GB)
This launcher lets you run the official web ui from the HiDream-o1-image project at https://github.com/HiDream-ai/HiDream-O1-Image with low VRAM.
Why is hidream-o1-image special?
It is an image generation model is a single transformer image generation model that works directly on raw pixels. This means no VAE and no separate text encoder. Also it has reasoning capabilities. Learn more here:

How the launcher works
The original project only lets you use the full model, which requires a lot of VRAM. But fortunately people have already published fp8 versions, and now you can use it with around 10GB VRAM, so I packaged the launcher to use the official web ui AND use the fp8 weight.

Features
It lets you generate 2048x2048 images but you can change the dimension too, smaller images generate faster.
