You sent your reset logs. They don't show the error you got or the installation.
Please start wan2gp. When you get your error, click Terminal on the left side menu and copy / paste the messages on it in here.
- Also click the Get Help button
- Select the install.js session at the top right
- Click the Copy button right above
- Paste it in your next reply
