Could you ask a local coding agent to investigate the HocusPocus installation failure?
Please preserve the current installation: no Reset, package changes or branch updates.
Check the terminal logs under logs/api/runtime_setup.js and logs/api/torch.js, including timestamped files if latest only contains a memory record. Find the first failure and record its command, timestamp, exit code and complete traceback.
Check Python, Torch, CUDA and xFormers versions in HocusPocus's own app/env.
Please send us an English report with confirmed findings, untested points and a proposed fix. Remove tokens, private prompts and personal identifiers before sharing.
Anyway, i am updating the repo to fix this kind of bugs. But help could be helpfully to make it work better in your computer.
