Brand new install. Trying to use a director path, I fill out the forms and click go. I'm given this warning:
Download is slow — waiting for retry
No progress for 1396s. The download will resume from where it left off as soon as the connection recovers — no action needed from you.
Did some tests, and I'm not having network issues otherwise.
What have you tried?
- Not much yet, but am about to restart the app.

Up to 10 files, 25MB each. Images are optimized; GIFs -> MP4; videos 720p (max 120s).
