Wan2GP now compatible on all dedicated AMD GPUs on Windows

I wanted to make this work for a long time now. And with the help of andrea68707 I was able to modify this installer to make it compatible with all dedicated AMD GPUs on Windows. From RDNA 2 until RDNA 4 all dedicated GPUs are included. Without any exception.
So if you'd like to generate videos or use the frontier image generation models, this installer might be the solution.
It's tested working on RDNA 2 so far. But since I don't have an AMD GPU I rely on your feedback. If you give it a try and it's working, please comment here and name your GPU.
If it's not working, it's just a matter of the right regex. In this case please report on the pinokio-support channel of the Pinokio Discord Server. I would need your logs to figure out how your GPU is named in Pinokio to improve the regular expression. Or have a look yourself in .\pinokio\logs\shell\system.json. Search your GPU in there and post the name.
Let's get it work together for the whole AMD community. Once I can confirm it works on all AMD GPUs this will be merged into my wan2gp installer.
