Phosphene installer hangs on white window after bootstrap
What happened? Summary: Installing the Phosphene app via Explore → Install latest completes bootstrap successfully, but the installer enters a loop and eventually opens a blank white Pinokio window that never progresses. Expected result: Installation completes and the Phosphene panel loads. Actual result: Bootstrap succeeds, then the installer loop occurs and the UI gets stuck on a blank white window.
