No module named 'torch' in Terminal

Hello, I can't install Wan2GP - AMD.
I even installed necessary tools but it didn't helped

I have a AMD Ryzen RX3700X, a GeForce 3060Ti and 2x16go of DDR4 RAM (Corsair)

When I go on the terminal it says that there is no module named 'torch' and " ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat 'C:\pinokio\api\wan2gp-amd.git\Error:' " appears on the Open Web UI.
Can someone pls help me im stuck.
