Now Pinokio has a leaderboard. The leaderboard highlights everyone who is helpful to other members of the Pinokio community people.

And anyone--yes, you too--can rank on the leaderboard simply by contributing in many different ways.

You can find the leaderboard by clicking the trophy button in the top-right corner:

We're starting with 4 categories:

1. Pioneer

Early check-in leaders for new apps on new platforms.

Being able to know "would it work on my machine?" is extremely valuable, so whoever checks into a new app with a unique platform gets one point every time. But you have to be first per app per platform. If nobody has checked in with a Mac device to a new app, and you check-in with your mac, now everyone knows it works on macs, so you get 1 point.

2. Explore

People who try out and check into a wide variety of apps.

When you check-in, your system info gets published along with the app, so others can get a better idea on whether the app would also run on their machine or not.

For example, if you ran #Wan2GP on your NVIDIA RTX 3090 and it worked, check in. And other 3090 users will know immediately they can run it.

Since this helps everyone using the app, whenever you check into a unique app, you get 1 point.

3. Creator

Builders whose apps attract the most followers.

When you connect your account with github (You can do it in the settings page) people can see there's an actual person behind the project.

When you publish pinokio projects and a lot of people start following it, you will get points as a creator.

4. Reporter

Posters whose content earns the most engagement.

Publishing apps is important but it's also super valuable to share experience using apps. Writing reviews, sharing things you created with an app, feedback, and so forth. These are important, so you get points whenever your post gets engagement.
