Update to OpenClaw

Since the ClawdBot team seems to have finally settled on the name, I have updated the launcher to use the official openclaw NPM package. Now going forward everything should be 100% up-to-date with the official project.

I recommend updating and then installing. Or just reinstalling from scratch!
