Wan 2.2 Lighning Slowdown issue after recent new updates?

Before i used WAN 2.2 Lightning(SVI pro too) the gen time was only 1:56 mins, however after a specific update like 2 months ago the gen time slowly increases over time. it will start at 2:30>3:12>4:30 and will end up staying at 5:35 mins forever, thats a massive difference and idk why its doing this, other models like ltx 2.3 and etc got no issues and give same gen time as before.

ltx 2.3 dev takes 7 mins at start and than 4 mins after that for a 10 sec 720p clip which is how it was always while wan 2.2 took 2 mins for a 512x512 5 sec clip but now 5:35 mins for it...why?

i have tried restarting my pc but gen time still stays at 5 mins, i have even multiple times throughtout the 2 months reinstalled wan 2.2 Lightning and Pro and same issue occurs where it gradually increases the time until it reaches 5:35 mins.
