cu128, torch and RTX 50xx

I have upgraded my video card to an RTX 5070 and have cu133 installed. Every script I've seen so far wants to install for cu128. I need scripts that supports cu130 or higher. This mostly concerns the installation of torch, where the script calls for cu128.

I have tried changing the torch install script for both Wan2GP and ComfyUI by replacing the cu128 with cu130 and cu132. That didn't work. How can I accomplish this?

I am running Windows 10 on an AMD Ryzen 7 5700 CPU, 32GB DDR4, RTX 5070 with 12GB VRAM.
